Jithin Sreekumar

Jithin Sreekumar is really enjoying the challenges that come with his busy role as a property manager with the highly- regarded Ray White team at their Takanini branch.

With a number of years of relevant experience working for other well-known property management companies, including Barfoot and Thompson - as well as at Crockers, where he specialised in the field of body corporates, Jithin has very well-developed people skills.

“It’s important to be a good listener and general communicator because it’s vital landlords and tenants are able to trust that I’m doing my best for them. I always like to show genuine empathy and help find solutions to any problems that may arise.”

Jithin says that every day is different in an industry where regular changes to tenancy laws keep property managers on their toes, and he’s proud of his ability to keep up - and keep his clients well-informed.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family & friends, walking his little dog in parks and along beaches in his neighbourhood, and he likes watching sports on TV.

“I love football, and I’m a huge Manchester United supporter!”

He’s looking forward to a busy summer and is committed to helping tenants into clean, dry, healthy rentals while encouraging investors to take time out for rest and recreation, knowing that their properties are in very honest and capable hands.
