Faith brings a unique blend of project management and administrative expertise that ensures operations run seamlessly.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Faith takes pride in managing a wide array of responsibilites which include; managing the day-to-day Karaka office operations, overseeing critical processes like property listings, preparing and approving marketing materials, settlement processing, and the organisation of agency renewals.
Faith is also responsible for overseeing the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) and providing essential learning support to the sales team, assisting them with navigating our systems, to ensure they have the tools and knowledge necessary to excel.
Her meticulous approach includes the production and recognition of the agents 10 out of 10 ratings and testimonials, along with ensuring any issues that may arise are resolved efficiently. Her dedication to continuous improvement highlights her drive to enhance office operations and support the overall team success.
Faith is adept at fostering strong relationships, providing one-on-one support to agents and collegues, and maintains a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors, and is an active volunteer for Karaka community events, contributing to the company culture and strengthening relationships within the community.
Faith also loves to support causes that are close to her heart. When she was 14, she took part in Shave for a Cure for a close friend who won her battle with cancer. Today, Faith finds fulfilment in volunteering for the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ, and Babyloss NZ.
