It’s almost as if the position of Sales Manager - Ray White Takanini and Ray White Drury - was made for Cherilyn Jansen. In fact, her move to the Ray White Sue Douglas Group feels very much like fate.
Just like Sue Douglas, Cherilyn transitioned from the healthcare sector to her real estate career in 1993. Consequently, she brings an enormous wealth of real estate experience to her new position, including a licensee agent status and her appointment as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
Cherilyn’s outstanding industry reputation has endured for over two and a half decades, and with good reason. Her quality marketing and sales strategies have been successful across almost all sectors, including residential, lifestyle, rural and boutique businesses; achieving many memorable highlights, like selling five properties in a single day.
A Diploma in Business Studies (Real Estate) further emphasises Cherilyn’s dedication to her career. Her advanced qualifications enabled her to branch into management, where she explored and honed her passion for mentoring and training.
An intimate understanding of the pressures faced by buyers and vendors has influenced Cherilyn's compassionate, empathetic approach; enhanced by careful attention to detail to secure the best outcomes possible. These defining strengths have played a vital part in Cherilyn’s significant business growth and countless client referrals.
Cherilyn has two grown children; Bjorn who lives in London with her two gorgeous granddaughters Neva & Tessa, and daughter Natasha, who lives in Auckland with her adorable grandson Louis. She has a host of other interests; dividing her time between walking, ballroom dancing, tennis, bowling and travel.
